The Destra Crusader is the Advent's Heavy Combat Cruiser.
Official Description: Destra Crusaders bring enlightenment to the masses, if not typically in a friendly manner. The Destra‘s design is dominated by four huge plasma cannons which make it more than a match for most enemy frigates and cruisers. The appearance of the Crusaders in the first few battles of the war marked the beginning of the end for the TEC forces. The resulting tales of the survivors created a widespread superstition in the TEC military that the appearance of a Destra on the battlefield signifies bad luck for the TEC.
Tactics[]
This ship dishes out lots of damage against all ship types, and is a mainstay of any mid to late-game Advent fleet. Build a large amount of them (throw in some Capital Ships and some Iconus Guardians) and overwhelm your enemies. In large numbers they are particularly very good at taking down even titans.
Ruthlessness does not deal damage very fast but in a long battle it may start to add up and each ship you attack will have a bit less H/SP after the DOT from Ruthlessness. Ruthlessness does not stack and only does about as much damage to counteract passive shield regeneration all ships have. Often it would be a better idea to invest in 3 or so more Crusaders than to spend the same amount of funds on Ruthlessness.
Ruthlesssnes does affect enemy strike craft.
